Who we are & scope

Adberry (“Adberry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital advertising and performance-marketing company. We help businesses plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across major advertising platforms, and we build tooling that supports that work.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website at adberry.ca (the “Site”) and to the services, inquiries, and business relationships we handle through it. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of the third-party advertising platforms or clients we work with, each of which maintains its own policies.

Information we collect

(a) Information you provide

When you contact us, submit an inquiry or contact form, or engage our services, you may give us:

• Contact details — such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name.
• Business details — such as your role, website, industry, budget range, marketing goals, and other information you choose to share about your business.

California (CCPA/CPRA). As noted above, we do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We are based in Canada and work with service providers that may be located in other countries. As a result, your information may be processed and stored outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
